How it works
Music with Margaret is proud to Partner Music & Arts. We work closely with the local Band Directors to offer their preferred instruments and make renting easy for parents!
Step 1: Follow the prompts on the online rental form
Step 2: Add on your LDW to cover all your repairs (recommended)
Step 3: Create or log in to your M&A account
Step 4: Choose how you’d like to receive your instrument:
Convenient Shipping directly to your home
Free drop off at your child’s school (where available)

Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing of new rental orders. We will notify you when your rental is available for pickup and set appointments for all rental pickups and returns.

Your instrument is typically delivered or ready for pick up in 1-2 days!

M&A gives you 100% rental equity
ALL Instrument rental payments count toward ownership, with discounts when you buy early.

No, there is no fee to cancel! Simply notify us that you no longer need to rent and return your instrument to your school or to MWM. No questions asked!

If your student need to switch to a different instrument, exchange instruments, or upgrade to a higher level instrument, simply contact us to arrange an exchange!
NO fees, no fuss!

If you need a repair:
Contact us to arrange a pick up or loaner instrument
Have your child leave their instrument with the band director
We’ll let you know when your instrument repair is complete
We’ll drop it back off at your child’s school
Repairs are free and included with your Liability and Damage Waiver (LDW). It also covers fire damage, and theft with a police report.
Return
Returning your Music and Arts rental instrument is simple
Step 1:
Decide your return method
Music and Arts offers two return options for our area:
Return to your school: You can drop your instrument off at your school, and the Education Rep for our area will pick it up on his next visit (weekly)
Return in Person: You can return your instrument in person to Music with Margaret. MWM is currently an appointment-only business with open hours varying from week to week
Step 2:
Call M&A Customer Service, to notify them of your return method and cancel your billing
You will be given a return number- please keep it for your return and for your records
